Software License Agreement

Grant of License

When you purchase a license for GaugeMon, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to run GaugeMon on up to three (3) personal Macintosh computers that you own or control.

Updates & Renewals

Your purchase includes twelve (12) months of software updates and new releases from the date of purchase. After 12 months, your installed version continues to run indefinitely. You may optionally purchase an annual renewal to extend update coverage for another year.

Trial License

A 14-day unrestricted evaluation license is provided to test GaugeMon on your hardware. After 14 days, GaugeMon's gauges and process list continue to work without a license; editing the menu bar layout and quitting or signalling processes require a paid license.

Process Control

GaugeMon can send signals that stop, pause or terminate processes, including, with the optional helper, processes owned by other users. You are responsible for the processes you choose to signal. Terminating a process can lose its unsaved work.
